dc.description.abstract The objective of this study was to examine the effect of organizational justice on employees’ job satisfaction in Development Bank of Ethiopia Addis Ababa district. The researcher was employed both descriptive and explanatory research type and the researcher used a quantitative research approach. The researcher used survey research design and the probability sampling technique was used particularly from the probability sampling technique, stratified sampling was used. Then, the random sampling technique particularly the lottery method was used to select the representative sample from each stratum.The data were analyzed using the statistical package for social science (SPSS). The findings revealed that. The three organizational justice componets tend to contribute positively and significantly in determininig employees’ job satisfaction in the study’ area. en_US
