Five Likert scale structured questionnaires were used for data collection. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were checked by using the pilot test and Cronbach's alpha test, respectively. The study targeted employees of west Shoa zone and Ambo town revenue office which are 132 employees. Data was collected using a closed ended questionnaire. The collected data were presented and analyzed using the SPSS statistical software package. Data collected were coded and analyzed using both descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Multiple regression and Pearson correlation) with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The result of the descriptive statistics of this study showed that communication has the highest mean score of 3.87 followed by management contribution with mean value of 3.51. The finding from the correlation analysis indicates that all independent variables have a positive statistically significant relationship with the dependent variable (employee performance). On the other hand, the multiple regression analysis results demonstrate that organizational structure, technological change, management contribution, and communication have a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance at p< 0.05. And also as the adjusted R square value indicated 74.9% of the variation in employee performance is explained by the independent variables. Based on the result the researcher recommend that the office need to create organizational structure that fit change introduced, support with the needed technology, raise management contribution, and communicate transparently about any change introduced. en_US
