the study, who was working both in office area and factory front workers. Out of these 62
from factory workers and 30 from office area, in sum 92, employees actively participated in
the study, while the remaining 3 were unavailable due to annual leave. The researcher used a
descriptive type of research design. Statistical Package for the Social Science (S.P.S.S.)
version 27.0.1 was used for data analysis. This research figured out that there was no well organized grievance handling procedures such as collective bargaining, complaints
handling, or open-door policy systems to address employees' grievances on diverse matters
in the Company. The study recommended the need for establishing procedures like collective
bargaining, complaints, or open-door policy systems and addressing employees' grievances
besides working harder on the main causes of employee grievances, such as reviewing
