A vulnerable group includes persons who may be incapable of understanding what it means to participate in research who may not understand what constitutes informed consent. In order to address the basic research questions of the study, a descriptive research design was employed and chi – square was also employed to investigate the independency between the socially vulnerable group and available social services. To that effect, the study employed mixed methods in collecting the data and analysis was made by using both inferential (SPSS version -25) and thematic techniques. The selection of samples followed multistage sampling procedure and two of sampling between service givers and service takers were considered allowing making strong statistical inferences about the whole group. Non-probability sampling involves non-random selection. A total of 242 among 42 were sample from service taker of vulnerable groups and the rest 42 participants were selected from service giver of the institutions using simple random sampling and stratified random sampling techniques jointly with purposive sampling. Generally, the current study revealed that social accountability program made a contribution for social inclusion of vulnerable groups such as people living with HIV/AIDS, elders, women, children, and youth in the process of public service delivery. A common usage of the Chi-square test is the Pearson's chi-square test to work on goodness-of-fit test or chi-square test for independence between social service and vulnerable social groups. In this regard, The Chi square test is used to compare a group with a value, or to compare two or more group’s socially vulnerable groups.
