The collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The mean, frequency and percentile of the dependent and independent variables were computed and interpreted. Pearson correlation Coefficient (r) was used to determine the relationship between each independent variable with the dependent variable. In addition to this, the most satisfied with reward component in organization are male and who holds master’s degree plus who works at higher and medium level positions is more satisfied and motivated.
