A multivariate logistic regressions was utilized to ascertain the associated of LARC utilization at 95% confidence interval. P-value <0.05 was taken as a cut of point to declare the level of statistical significance. The result was presented in the form of narratives, tables, pie charts, and graphs. Results: The overall utilization of long acting reversible contraception was35.3%. At [95% CI: p (30-40)]. Having knowledge about LARC (AOR, 95% CI: 0.13(0.05, 0.63), supportive attitude (AOR,95% CI:0.22(0.05, 0.95), desire to have children in the near future (AOR,95% CI:0,15(0.05,0.44), discussion with partner when to use contraceptive(AOR,95%CI:0.09 (0.03, 0,24) and media exposure of the respondents (AOR,95%CI:0.13(0.05, 0.34) were predictors of utilization of long acting reversible family planning method.
