Abstract:
Currently the most important issue in the business world specially in the banking industry is financial inclusion, it gain a global acceptance since it was identified as one of the key drivers of inclusive economic growth and development.The major Objective of this study is to investigate the effects of E-banking on financial inclusion the case of Oromia bank SC. Specifically, the study drive to examine the effects and relationships of independent variables such us automated teller machine, internet, mobile, and agency banking which represent E banking and also on the beside of dependent variable or financial inclusion of the banks which is indicated by service access, quality and usage of clients were dependent variable. to meet the objective of the study adopt stratified sampling technique also the study modified with quantitative and qualitative research approach were the data collected from both primary data source like the data collected directly from the customer of Oromia Bank SC through via questionnaires that was cloth and open ended in nature and also secondary data obtained from the bank’s Management Information System and E banking department after the data is collected the researcher analyze the collected data by using both descriptive and inferential statistics technique through SPSS data analysis software tool. therefore the findings of this study appoint E Banking has statistically significant effect on financial inclusion or meant to that ATM, Agent, Internet and Mobile Banking has statistically positive significant effect for financial inclusion the case of Oromia bank further the study output used as reference for future research and to sound decision making for board of management of company to review policy making in order to maintaining their financial performance of the company through E banking to financial inclusion
