Abstract:
This study aims to assess Deposit Mobilization to customer satisfaction Practice of Berhan Bank
S.C.in the case of west Addis district. Descriptive research design was adopted for this study.
The research design was relayed on both quantitative and qualitative types of data. Concerning
sources of data, both primary and secondary sources were used in generating valuable and
relevant data. Primary data were collected from Berhan Bank customer’s borrower and
secondary data were obtained from online, brochures, and Berhan Bank Annual Report
documents.The sample design of the population of the study Berhan Bank s.c was selected
purposively. It is mainly due to easily accessibility of the data for the study and since the
researcher near to the bank observe and encounters with the challenge exist on deposit
mobilization in the bank, easy to get the accessibility of data. The target populations of the study
are loan borrower and Depositors of customers of Berhan Bank west Addis district. Different
product which makes available in collection of deposit and this collected deposit was transferred
to borrower customers by means of lending which makes the customers profitable.
