dc.description.abstract The main objective of the study is to assess the effect of organizational culture dimensions on employee job performance at CBO and this includes evaluating how various dimensions of organizational culture namely Mission, Involvement, Adaptability, and Consistency impact employee performance. An explanatory and descriptive research design was employed, the research employs a mixed-methods approach, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. Primary data were gathered through questionnaires distributed to employees across various departments and in-depth interviews with selected management. Secondary data were also collected from company reports, and websites to enhance the reliability of the findings. A total of 325 employees were selected by stratified sampling technique from 1,753 target population, from these 305 were returned and analyzed. The collected data was analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methods of data analysis and a statistical package for social science software (SPSS version.25) was used in reviewing primary collected data, taking Employee performance as a dependent variable and organizational culture dimensions as the explanatory variables. This study investigates the effect of organizational culture dimensions on employee job performance at the Cooperative Bank of Oromia (CBO) in Finfinne City. The findings reveal that all four dimensions of organizational culture significantly influence employee performance, with the Mission and Involvement dimensions showing the strongest positive effects. Employees reported that a clear organizational mission and a culture of involvement fostered higher levels of engagement and productivity. Conversely, a lack of adaptability and consistency was associated with lower performance levels. Based on these findings, the study recommends that CBO enhance its organizational culture by clearly articulating its mission and fostering an inclusive environment that encourages employee involvement. Additionally, the bank should focus on developing adaptability and consistency within its practices to further improve employee performance. These changes are expected to not only boost employee morale but also enhance overall organizational effectiveness, positioning CBO for greater success in the competitive banking sector. en_US
