Organizational change management has great importance in bringing significant improvement and success for goal attainment. This study is aimed to assess organizational change management practices in Addis Ababa Medium Tax Payers Number Two Branch Office and identify the existing constraints. The study uses descriptive type of research with primary and secondary data sources. The secondary data have been collected from report, directives, journal articles, and manual of the office, proclamations and pertinent policies while the primary data have been collected through structured questionnaire and interview. Out of 467 target population for the study, 191 individuals are taken as a sample through random and purposive sampling techniques. The collected data have been analyzed through descriptive statistics. The findings of the study with respect to organizational change management practice of Addis Ababa Medium Tax Payers No 2 Office have been evaluated and interpreted. After findings, the implication of the results have been discussed, lessons have been drawn and the corresponding recommendations will be forwarded which is intended to be used by policy makers, research practitioners and companies. |
