Data were collected by self-administered pretested structured questionnaires. The collected data were cleaned and entered into Epi Data version 3.1 and exported to SPSS version 26.0 for analysis. Descriptive analysis was employed to describe the independent and outcome variables. Binary Logistic regression was carried out to identify associated factors of the SRHR. Adjusted Odds Ratio with 95% CI was used to measure strength of association and variables with p < 0.05 were considered as statistically significant.
Result: Out of 693 students, 665 participated in the study making a response rate of 95.8%. The study finding revealed that 58.5% (95% CI=54.76, 62.24) and 17.4% (95% CI= (15.93, 18.87) were knowledgeable and practiced sexual and reproductive health right respectively. Being from Urban Residence [AOR95%CI=1.685(1.065, 2.67)] and discussing reproductive health issue Discussion experience [AOR95%CI=2.089(1.31, 3.35)] showed positively and significantly associated with practice whereas having sexual partner currently having sexual partner [AOR95%CI=0.091(0.052, 0.10)] was negatively associated with practice.
Conclusion and Recommendation: More than half of the students were knowledgeable about reproductive health right whereas the rate of practice was low. Having reproductive health club and participating in club significantly associated with knowledge.
