dc.description.abstract This study explores the effect of corporate culture on employee productivity within the headquarters of Oromia Construction Corporation. The study evaluated specific corporate dimension: values and belief, norms and behavior, rituals and symbols and communication and language. Despite its importance,there is a lack of comprehensive understanding regarding the specific mechanisms through which corporate culture affects employee productivity.The research used primary data through distributing questionnaire to Oromia Construction Corporation head quarter workers. Explanatory and descriptive research design and mixed approach adopted.quantitative type of research approach was used a population of 247 using the simple random sample size and from the distributed 247 questionnaires 240 (97 %) respondents completed and returned the questionnaire quantitative research approach and explanatory and descriptive research designs were utilized. Qualitative insights were gathered from in-depth interviews to contextualize the quantitative findings and understand practical implications..The findings of the study explained on this research through descriptive, correlation and multiple regression analysis.The result indicate that syombols and rituals of Independent variables of corporate culture has the most substantial impact, followed by values and belief on employee productivity. At the end multiple regression analysis of coefficients presented and the result of β value of Independent variablesare listed in figurerespectively; showing as β value of all independent variables all are positive. This implies that independent variable has positive effect on employee productivity and also the Hypothesis result of this study show three independent variables accepted / supported and the significant value [P-Value] above 0.05 with the exception norms and behavior. From all the above findings it is recommended that those insignificant traitslike norms and behavior has to be corrected by the OCC head quarter, whereas values and beliefs, symbols and rituals and communication and language since it shows significant effect it has to be maintained by making sure that those in leadership positions are conversant with the organization’s mission and to understand help othersto understand those cultures of strategic intent and direction en_US
