Talent management, involves processes like attracting, developing, and retaining talented employees to drive organizational performance and maintain a competitive edge. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Talent Management on Organizational Success in the case West Addis Ababa Zone of Ethio Telecom in Ethiopia. Explanatory and descriptive research design technique was used. Primary and secondary sources of data collection tools was deployed. Quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlations, multiple linear regression model to identify the relationship between predictor variables of Talent Attraction, Talent Retention, Learning and Development, Talent Career Management and the predicted variable of organizational success was evaluated. The overall mean score for components of talent management was M = 4.3190 with SD = 0.3405, indicating average level of TM exists within the organization on the current status. Overall mean score for components of organizational Success was M = 4.5138 with SD = 0.34162, this indicates that average level of effect of talent management on the success of the organization. Form the inferential statistics , relationship between overall talent management and organizational Success based on correlation result showed that both are strongly related with score of ( r = 0.917 , p = 0). Also, Normality of variables indicate normal distribution of data for both organizational Success and talent management. Based on the research regression analysis 91.7 % of variance in Organizational success (dependent variable) is accountable by Talent Management (independent variable) in the case of Ethio Telecom West Addis Ababa Zone. All the multiple linear regression analysis shows overall data that talent management positively effect on organizational success. To avoid high level of correlation between independent variables multicollinearity and homoscedasticity analysis conducted providing good results of the variables. In general, 91.7% of the organization success according to the inferential statistics result influenced by talent management Based on the research findings, appropriate conclusions, and recommendations along with implications for further studies were forwarded |
