dc.description.abstract | Across continents MSE were become prominent method of minimizing youth unemployment problems and considered as important way to stabilizing market and regional development balance beyond the creation of employment and income for operators. Dissatisfaction with as well as hunting for other form of MSE become complaining issues. Assessing business type roles in determining enterprises’ challenges and opportunity was the objective of study focusing on 125 randomized respondents from Enchini town. Descriptive and inferential statistics was used to analyze the data. The result of the study identified that the nature of the business significantly affects the growth and sustainability of the micro and small enterprises. Based on the find, supports and follow-up should be specific and business type targeted in order to maintain stability among different micro and small enterprises. | en_US |
