Abstract:
The relationship between ERP system and organizational performance as well, effects of ERP system
and organizational performance were not evidently identified and well recognized at ABIG plc. This
study's primary goal was to investigate how the ERP system affected organizational performance at
ABIG plc. The study adopted quantitative research approach and from inferential research design,
specifically correlation research design was employed.
For this purpose, a sample of 172 employees was draw through stratified random sampling technique.
Self- administer questionnaire is used to gather data. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSS Version 27.descriptive statics as well as inferential statics were used in the data analysis. The
demographic features of the respondents and their overall assessment of the link between the
dependent and independent variables were described using descriptive statics including frequency,
percent mean, and standard deviation. The relationship between the independent and independent
variables was demonstrated using inferential statics like Pearson correlation and simple linear
regression. Additionally, to evaluate the effect of the ERP system's independent variable on the
dependent variable (OP). The findings of the study indicated that, ERP system has positively and
strongly correlated and claimed statistically significant relationship in financial management,
Information system, inventory management and customer relationship management on organizational
performance. Finally, the study recommends that supply chain management should be utilized so that
they should enhance different aspects of organizational performance as a result, it makes it possible to
grow the advantages of the ERP system.
