Building an effective employee relationship management is the core concern of every
organization to increase the productivity efficiency and quality of product as well as the
achievements of long run goal of the organization. This study conducted on the topic of
assessing employee relationship management on EW Selected public sector. The main objective
of this study is to examine the conditions of employee management relation in the organization
and towards possible solution to the problem addressed by the finding. Because of simplicity
and clarity to draw inferences, the researcher used descriptive types of research. In collecting
data the researcher was used both primary and secondary source of data. The primary data
were from questionnaire and through interview. The secondary source of data was collected
from articles, research, journal and internet. The subjects of the study were the employees and
the manager of the organization. The data analysis carried out based on simple statistical
method like percentage, average, and frequency accordingly. The finding of the study reveals
that there is no grievance and grievance process in the organization, the relation that individual
has with manager is very bad, completely an absence on assistance program in the
organization, the external factors that affect labor management were such like labor relation
law, economical change, and political reforms and internal factors that affecting labor
management those are; lack of communication, bad leadership from manager, lack of work
participation in decision making, poor motivational skill of leaders. Finally the researcher
suggests that the organization should organize the relation policies in order to make the
organization soundness by giving necessary treatment for the employees, the manager should
motivate workers by different incentive method like increase salary, giving health care, giving
financial loan and training work. |
