Effect Of Work Stress On Employees Job Satisfaction In Case Of Zemen Bank

Abstract

This study investigated the effects of work overload and stress on the job satisfaction at headquarters of Zemen Bank. A qualitative and quantitative study design was used to achieve this goal. All of the organization's employees were research participants. Both qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data sources were used in the study. Inquiries, focus group discussions (FGD), semi-structured interviews, and key informant interviews with interested groups were used to collect the primary data. Secondary data was gathered from Zemen Bank papers. Both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods were used to examine the data obtained utilizing this equipment. The following conclusion is reached through data analysis: Typically, both the symptoms and the root causes of work overload and stress. Based on this writing it can be concluded that in order to achieve employee job satisfaction within the organization or company must pay attention to several factors, the workload and stress has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction because if the task received by the employee is not in accordance with the ability of the employee then it will become a workload and arise dissatisfaction in the work, but if the employee is given the task according to their ability , they will finish optimally and the company will achieve its goals well
