The purpose of this study is to examine the practice of change management and its effect
on organization performance Cooperative Banks of Oromia central district. This study
used descriptive survey design to objectively answer the research question and
quantitative and qualitative method was employed for this study such as frequencies,
percentage, mean and standard deviation was used. The organizational change and
management practice has been measured through the indicators such as Leadership ,
communication, employee confidence , training , reward and recognition , organizational
culture ,core expertise were used in this study for Self-administered questionnaires were
distributed. Accordingly, data were collected through self-administered questionnaire
from sample respondents.Out of 230 respondents, workable data were obtained from
145 respondents.The data collected through questionnaire was analyzed by using
frequency and percentage values. In addition, the mean score, standard deviation,
variance, Cronbach’s alpha, data coding and tables were used to see the gap between
perceived and expected change management and its practices. Moreover, descriptive
statistics was applied to describe the management practice in the organization. The
descriptiie analysis result showed that there is a positiie relationship exists between
change management practice and organization performance. Moreoier, the oierall
iariables are descriptiie analysis eiidenced that change management practice is highly
effect on organization performance. |
