| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study was to assess and analyse the factors that affect organizational effectiveness of Oromia coffee Farmers cooperative union and to evaluate if there is any relationship between determinants and Organizational effectiveness of the union. The study used explanatory research design and explains variables that assisted to analyse the effects between explanatory variables and organization effectiveness of the union. A descriptive study was also undertaken to describe the characteristics of the variables. Data was collected from a sample of 133 respondents out of 200 total target population using simple random sampling techniques through structured questionnaires and analysed using SPSS. Measurable apparatus like descriptive statistics, correlation matrix and multiple regression analysis were used to test and analyse the data and determines the relationship between dependent and independent variables. The results depicted that independent variables like Leadership and Management competencies are significantly affect the organizational effectiveness of the union under investigation while the other explanatory variables has less significant in determining the effectiveness of the union. Based on the study, the researcher recommends the union have to enhance various management competencies and leadership as these variables significantly impact the effectiveness of the organization under investigation. | en_US |
