Financial Resource And Management Strategies On Sustainable Development Of Higher League Football Clubs Participants of Finfinne Special Zone in Ethiopia

Abstract

Today football is more than just a game; rather it reflects the development status of a country or region in economic, social relationship, politically and environmental. The purpose of this study was to analysis the financial source and practiced management strategies on sustainable development of football clubs in Finfine special zone higher league participant of football clubs in Oromia region, Ethiopia. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher of the study were recommended the points that help the football clubs for better developments, the concerned bodies should re-build the capacity of football clubs infrastructure, practicing strategic management, develop independent and profit-marketing entities, and working on the triple variables that brings an organization to sustainable development such as economy, sociocultural and environmental that will ensure the growth and sustainability of the football clubs. Beside to this any researcher who interested to scale up this research work further can uses this work as spring board
