Abstract:
The main purpose of the study was to investigate Determinants that affect the Sustainable Development of Male Football Players In The Case Of West Showa Zone Oromia League, Oromia Region, Ethiopia. The sample of the subject consists of three (3) Oromia League (Backo Fc, Gedo Fc and Ginchi Fc), sixty seven (67) players of football in those clubs and three (3) football coaches of those clubs.
The total number of respondent participated in the questionnaires part are 70 from three different sport clubs. In each sport club in minimum twenty three (twenty two players and one coaches) and maximum of twenty four (twenty three players and one coaches) respondents are participated. Data collected were described and analyzed on the basis of qualitative and quantitative methods. And, this study concluded by finding out the following findings:-
There is a Lack of club management/ structure and services in the sport clubs, There is a Lack of and Need good and standardized facilities in the sport clubs, Total benefits (Nutrition, monthly payment of coaches and players and sport wear) of the athletes as well as coaches were unsatisfactory, There is a Lack of and a Need best players development strategy in the sport clubs of west shoa oromia league.
