The study investigated Factors Affecting Leadership in Implementing Deliverology in Public
Sectors: The Case of Selected Sectors of Holeta Town, Oromia Ethiopia. To achieve the
objective of the study, the researcher used secondary and primary sources of data in line with
descriptive and cross sectional research design. The sample of the study was collecting from six
public selected sectors of Holeta town administration; the total number of public service
employees is 205 and 10 leaders totally 215 which represent the total number of population of
the study area. To select representative sample respondents from the above population, the
researcher was uses a purposive and stratified sampling method. Among the 27 sectors in the
town administration, six offices was selected and the reason for selecting these six offices is due
to the relatively availability of a large number of employees and different public services were
take place under those selected sectors. Multi Linear Regression and Pearson correlation
analysis was apply to see if there is a significant relationship between the leadership
implementation and Deliverology. The six offices are Holeta Municipality office, Public service
and human resource development, Education sector, Finance Trade and market development,
Micro and small-scale enterprise, and land administration offices). The respondents applying for
the selection random sampling, directly from the point of implementing Deliverology was
selected as sample respondents for the study questionnaire. Work performance among civil
servants stands at the center of meeting the economic and developmental goals of a nation or
state thus factors such as Social Master, Managing and monitoring, Performance Management
System, Quality of management Tool, Experience offers by using the Deliverology models,
Strategic Management & HRM and organizations should be treated as a an important factor just
like any other. The management in an organization should be visionary and ambitious thus
ensuring that the various structures of management that are put in place were ensure
performance at optimal levels and also the people in the management level are rightly qualified
for the Deliverology models. The motivation of employees should be an important job for the
organizations and that every incentive possible should be used to ensure that the morale of
