dc.description.abstract success in the case of selected public Organization in West Showa Zone. The study used mixed research approaches (qualitative and quantitative) to undertake in the study. Across sectional This study was carried out to assess the Effects of Employee’s attitudes on Female Leadership survey design was employed using 127 sampled respondents for the study. A simple random sampling technique was also employed to identify the sample respondents. To assess the attitudes of employees on female leadership by using mixed methods of research tools such as questionnaire, focus group discussion and key informant interview were under took holistically to capture all the relevant data and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistic correlation and regression analysis that results shows the case and effects of all the independent variable determine the dependent variable female leader ship performance and the R2 indicate all the variables are positively significant have strong relationship between them . And the remaining is not explained in the research which needs further investigation by other researcher. The findings of this study showed that the attitude of employees on female leadership there is observed value Female Leadership performance (dependent Variable) and the optimal descriptive analysis (central tendency like means score and std. Deviation) level of analysis of independent variable that the employees attitudes which parts of society hold that considers female leadership are less capable, less self-confident, un successfulness and other managerial competency to unable to make managerial decision for the leadership position than the male were observed in the study area. The result is an implication that the society holds an attitude that considers female managers as a less qualified, and biased for the managerial position than the males. Failure to be committed to handle the female leadership responsibility, be forceful in managerial position that demand it, being aggressive in a business situation of female leadership in the study the reasons to undermine women managers competency and society disrespect and disobeyed for their instruction in a day to day operational activity, lost confidence by society to make a decision based on information came from female managers, mistreat by lowers employees, deficiency of enough time to exercise their responsibilities at a managerial position as men, are the major problems that female face at a managerial position and hinder women managers to exercise their responsibilities as men. Therefore immediate action to be taken by governments on female leadership roles and their contribution to be take in consideration by accessing leadership developmental program to be practice, especial training program to be realize, attitudinal change of female themselves on their responsibility role in a country to be consider were observed as major findings... Finally recommendations are forwarded for different concerned groups in the study area including female mangers by themselves, employees’ management bodies and different educational institution and other the concerned bodies, parties in the organization and country for ensuring the equality of females leadership position in the study area en_US
